Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment verification and shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Standard shipping is 6-8 business days. Priority shipping is 3-5 business days.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is offered on orders OVER $50 that ship within the continental United States. Priority shipping for orders over $50 is available for an additional charge.
For orders UNDER $50, Standard shipping is a $10 flat rate and Priority shipping is a $15 flat rate.
Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is very important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, your order may require additional shipping costs and a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you once your order is submitted.
Return Policy
We are pleased to offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase on jlchildress.com. The item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. A copy of your paid invoice or receipt may be required. All returns will incur a $15 return handling fee to cover shipping, processing, and restocking costs. Please contact service@jlchildress.com to get your return started.
This policy only applies to items that have been purchased on jlchildress.com. Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions. If their policy no longer applies or does not cover your concern, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
Custom bags are made-to-order and cannot be returned.
