Shipping Policy
  • All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment verification and shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Standard shipping is 6-8 business days. Priority shipping is 3-5 business days. 
  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is offered on orders OVER $50 that ship within the continental United States. Priority shipping for orders over $50 is available for an additional charge. 
  • For orders UNDER $50, Standard shipping is a $10 flat rate and Priority shipping is a $15 flat rate.
  • Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is very important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
  • If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, your order may require additional shipping costs and a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you once your order is submitted.
Return/Exchange Policy

J.L. Childress will only return/exchange items purchased directly through us on jlchildress.com, and within 30 days of the original purchase. A copy of your paid invoice or receipt is required for all returns/exchanges. Item(s) must be in original packaging and unused, and will be inspected upon receipt. Return shipping charges and transaction fees will apply.
