Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment verification and shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Standard shipping is 6-8 business days. Priority shipping is 3-5 business days.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING is offered on orders OVER $50 that ship within the continental United States. Priority shipping for orders over $50 is available for an additional charge.
For orders UNDER $50, Standard shipping is a $10 flat rate and Priority shipping is a $15 flat rate.
Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is very important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, your order may require additional shipping costs and a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you once your order is submitted.
Return/Exchange Policy
J.L. Childress will only return/exchange items purchased directly through us on jlchildress.com, and within 30 days of the original purchase. A copy of your paid invoice or receipt is required for all returns/exchanges. Item(s) must be in original packaging and unused, and will be inspected upon receipt. Return shipping charges and transaction fees will apply. Please contact service@jlchildress.com with the required information to process a return/exchange or with any questions regarding our Return/Exchange Policy.
