Custom Stroller Travel Bags

If your stroller doesn’t fit in a current J.L. Childress stroller travel bag, we offer custom, made-to-order stroller travel bags. To receive a quote or to place an order, download the ORDER FORM, complete it, and email to service@jlchildress.com or call us at 800-720-5031 for assistance.


Custom stroller travel bags can be padded or unpadded. Production typically takes 2-3 weeks plus shipping time; however, we will confirm exact production time upon placement of your order. Custom bags are made to fit your specific stroller and cannot be returned. All custom bags are made in the USA!

 


Warranty

For over 30 years, families have trusted J.L. Childress to make high-quality products that are practical and multi-functional. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind our products 100%. That’s why we offer a warranty against defects in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns their product.

How to Submit a Claim - If you believe your product has a defect, please reach out - we’re here to help.

Email service@jlchildress.com with the following:

  • A description of the concern
  • Photos of the damage
  • A copy or image of your receipt clearly showing the retailer (or marketplace seller) and the purchase date
  • Care label code
  • If the product is a travel bag – Indicate whether the bag was checked as luggage or gate checked – AND – confirm the style of car seat or stroller used in the bag.

Our warranty applies to products purchased new from authorized resellers and used as intended. Once we receive your information, our team will review your claim. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the product for free, including ground shipping within the USA.

What’s Not Covered
As no product is indestructible, our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including: scratches from dragging, dirt spots, odors, mildew, punctured or bloated ice packs, excessive zipper wear, or natural breakdown of materials
  • Damage from airline handling or other carriers (please file those claims directly with the carrier before leaving the airport)
  • Damage to the item when not used as intended (e.g. a travel bag intended for gate checking only is used during baggage check) or due to neglect, accidents, abuse, or exposure to extreme conditions

We highly recommend inspecting your bag or accessory immediately after travel or handling by anyone other than you.

Repairs

J.L Childress products are made from the highest quality materials available to meet our standards and provide you with practical products for your on-the-go needs. Like any other product, our products are not indestructible and in some circumstances may need to be repaired. If your product is damaged and is not covered by our warranty, we are happy to evaluate it for repair.

Please contact our Customer Service team at 800-720-5031 or by emailing service@jlchildress.com and provide a detailed description of the repair needed along with digital pictures. If your product is repairable, we will ask you to ship the product to our facility in California where repairs will be made in 7-10 business days. There will be a nominal repair processing fee and we will ask that you cover return shipping charges. If we are unable to repair your product, we will suggest alternative options and do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience.

 


Returns Policy

We are pleased to offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase on jlchildress.com. The item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. A copy of your paid invoice or receipt may be required. All returns will incur a $15 return handling fee to cover shipping, processing, and restocking costs. Please contact service@jlchildress.com to get your return started.


This policy only applies to items that have been purchased on jlchildress.com. Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full instructions. If their policy no longer applies or does not cover your concern, please refer to our Warranty Policy.


Custom bags are made-to-order and cannot be returned.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be combined. Discount codes can be used in conjunction with free shipping on all orders over $50.

We work hard to get your order to you quickly and affordably. Orders are packed and shipped from our headquarters in California every Monday through Thursday. Our shipping team has weekends and major holidays off to spend with their families.

  • FREE Standard Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free within the continental U.S.

    • Priority Shipping: 2 Days Order Processing + 3–5 business days: $15
  • Expedited Shipping: Need it faster? UPS 2-day, 3-day, or overnight delivery is available - just ask us for a quote.
